Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed.
Please note: We do not provide refunds once an order has been submitted, as our items are personal-use products.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incomplete, please reach out to us at defected@kaylaskurlzorganics.com. Please attach clear photos of the package and any items that were damaged or defective. If something is missing, send a picture of all the products you received so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
