Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 and we strive to have orders shipped and packed between 3-5 businss days from date of purchase. This excludes order placed on Friday after 5pm-Sunday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders over$75, and our Canadian customers can receive free shipping on orders over $150.
For our international skincare lovers, we’re happy to provide complimentary global shipping on orders over $250

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation and email with tracking information if purchased.

For international shipments, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
If a package is sent back to Kaylas Kurlz Organics LLC because the shipping address was incomplete, incorrect, or the carrier was unable to deliver it, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping fee and the cost to resend the package.
Kaylas Kurlz Organics LLC cannot be held liable for orders that are lost or delivered to the wrong address when the information provided at checkout is inaccurate. Refunds are not issued when any part of the shipping address is entered incorrectly.
